Refund Policy

At Seamless Web Services, we aim to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, refunds may be granted under specific circumstances as described below.

When Refund Policy Becomes Void

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • If you have selected an All-in-One service package
  • If the design concept has already been approved
  • If revisions have already been requested
  • If cancellation occurs due to reasons not related to our company
  • If the client has not contacted the company for more than 2 weeks regarding the project
  • If the client has violated company policies
  • If another designer or company has been approached for the same project
  • If the creative brief lacks required information
  • If a complete design change is requested
  • If the refund request exceeds the allowed refund request period
  • If the business is closing, renaming, or restructuring
  • If cancellation occurs due to change of mind, disagreement with partner, or other unrelated reasons
  • If a service bundle was purchased and dissatisfaction occurs with only one service (refund will only apply to that specific service)
  • Once final design files have been delivered
  • Services or items provided free of charge
  • If the website design has already been approved and development has started

Refund Time Frame

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the service
  • No refund will be issued after 7 days of service delivery
  • If services were not delivered as agreed, a partial refund of up to 20% may be issued
  • Refund processing may take up to 30 days

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Social Media Management
  • SEO Services
  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting Services

Special Conditions

  • Logo design refunds cannot be claimed after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Website development refunds cannot be claimed after 90 days from the purchase date
  • Refunds for websites will not be processed once the design has been approved and development has begun

Project Cancellation Rights

Seamless Web Services reserves the right to cancel or reject any project at its discretion if necessary.

If a refund is issued:

  • The client will lose all rights to use the designs
  • All designs will remain the sole property of Seamless Web Services
  • Any submitted design materials may be protected under applicable copyright laws
